Gyrolith Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Gyrolith is a game by Amelix Solutions LLC ("we"), for iPhone (from the App Store) and Android (from Google Play). These terms apply to both. The store you got the game from adds its own terms, described below.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install Gyrolith and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as your store's terms allow. Please don't copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, and don't modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.

Ownership

The game and its content (levels, artwork, music and sound) belong to Amelix Solutions LLC. Open-source parts of the game are used under their own licences, listed in the game under Settings → About → Credits & Licences.

The purchase

The first chapter is free. A single one-time in-app purchase unlocks the rest of the game. It's sold and processed by your store, never by us, and we never see your payment details.

No warranty

We work hard to make Gyrolith good, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

If you got Gyrolith from the App Store

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the game. Purchases, refunds and restores go through Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the game or its support: for help, contact us.

If you got Gyrolith from Google Play

The Google Play Terms of Service apply to your use of the game. Purchases and refunds go through Google Play. Google isn't responsible for the game or its support: for help, contact us.

Privacy

We don't collect any personal information. See the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above.
