NULLSHIFT Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026 · Last updated: October 14, 2026 · First published October 12, 2026
NULLSHIFT collects no data.
No account. No login. No servers. No analytics. No ads. No tracking. No third-party SDKs. No cookies.
Everything the game saves stays on your device. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us or anyone else.
Who we are
NULLSHIFT is a physics-puzzle game for iOS and Android (com.amelixsolutions.nullshift), made by Amelix Solutions LLC, a California company. Questions about privacy: privacy@amelixllc.com.
What is stored on your device, and why
- Progress: the chambers you have cleared, so you can carry on where you left off.
- Builds and best results: so you can see and improve on them.
- Settings: so the game looks and plays the way you set it.
- Whether you own the Full Game: on iOS this is kept in the device's Keychain; on Android it is confirmed through Google Play Billing.
All of this stays in the game's own storage on your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
Purchases
NULLSHIFT has one in-app purchase: Full Game (com.amelixsolutions.nullshift.full), a one-time unlock, US$2.99 in the United States. It is sold by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Apple or Google handle the payment and keep the receipt. We never see your name, payment details or any other personal details. The game only asks the store whether you own the unlock. Restore Purchases is in the paywall and in Settings. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies cover the purchase.
The diagnostic log on your device
From build 8, the game keeps a small diagnostic log on your device. It is five rotating files that record memory use, the number of objects on screen, the current chamber and the game's state. It helps us find bugs.
- It never leaves your device. The game does not send it anywhere.
- We only see it if you connect your phone to a computer and choose to send us the files with a bug report.
- It records only those four things about the game, nothing about you.
Test builds
If you play a test build through TestFlight or Google Play internal testing, Apple or Google may collect crash logs and device information under their own terms and share them with us. We use these only to fix bugs. The released game sends no crash reports.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you.
Children
NULLSHIFT is not directed at children under 13. It collects nothing from anyone, including children. Because no personal information is collected, no parental consent is needed under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR (Europe and the UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
Amelix holds no personal data from the game, so there is nothing to access, correct, delete or export. We do not sell or share personal data. To remove what the game saved on your device, delete the app. For anything you sent us by email, write to privacy@amelixllc.com.
How long data is kept
Game data stays on your device until you delete the app. We keep nothing from the game.
Security
Your game data is protected by your device's own security. Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Because the game sends us nothing, there is no game data on our side to lose.
International users
The game works offline anywhere it is sold and sends no data across borders. If you email us, your message is handled by Amelix Solutions LLC in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the game is ever going to collect anything, we will say so here and in the store listings before any collection starts.
