NULLSHIFT Terms of Use

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Amelix Solutions LLC, a California company (“Amelix”, “we”). They cover the NULLSHIFT game for iOS and Android (com.amelixsolutions.nullshift). By installing or playing the game you agree to them.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play NULLSHIFT on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as the store you got it from allows.

• From the App Store: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA) applies. These terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
• From Google Play: the Google Play Terms of Service apply as well as these terms.

The Full Game purchase

The Full Game unlock (com.amelixsolutions.nullshift.full) is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, US$2.99 in the United States. Your store shows the price where you live. It is sold by Apple or Google, under their terms. It unlocks the full game for the store account that bought it.

New device or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases in the paywall or in Settings, signed in to the same store account.

Refunds

Apple and Google process every payment, so they handle refunds too. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, sell, rent, share or redistribute the game or its parts;
• modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows this;
• get around the purchase or other protections;
• use the game in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Ownership

NULLSHIFT, including its code, levels, art, music, sound and name, is © 2026 Amelix Solutions LLC. All rights not given to you in these terms are kept by us. Buying the Full Game gives you a licence to play, not ownership of the game.

Disclaimer

We work hard to make NULLSHIFT run well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms. We don't promise the game will be free of bugs, will run on every device, or will be available forever. Nothing here takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Amelix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the game. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of the place where you live gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply. An update will never take away a Full Game you have already bought.
